How to delete old charcter using DOB or Birthday. Why i cant delete it with an update birthday?

Nighmare event not working on android phone, after talking to the man the conversation screen will just turn white also with the other npc like grammps.. there is no close botton showing up that's why u will forced to relogin or change charcter
