Is there really a need to reduce EDP damage? FYI, we use this a lot on instances and some events too, not just WoE or PvP, if we're talking about balance, we should consider how this change affects our PvM part of the game.

Does the skill changes apply on PvM and instances too? because we use SS on a lot of other instances even in farming. If we are talking about balance we should not focus on just PvP or WoE, not all players do PvP, others just focus on PvM. I've just returned and noticed that my SS damage has lessened on instances.
