Nevermind! I found it in the mall finally. I kinda wish there had been something somewhere that said that's where you could get them though.
Okay, so I know this may sound dumb since I've seen the "answer" everywhere... But where do I rent a cart for my Alchemist? Every place says from the Kafra Employees but every single one I'd tried has no rental options... I have the full 10 points in the Pushcart skill too. I don't know where else to look. I'm so confused.
