Event Halloween event is here! Beside the usual trick and treat a new special instance was also added, for more info click here. Fixes The IP restriction on MvP arena has been lifted to only affect the MvP room now, keeping space for people playing in Cyber Cafe or under same house hold to play in different rooms freely!
