  1. Hi,

I've encountered a bug with Wizard Spirit and Kaite.
Currently when a wizard with Wizard Spirit on deals magical damage (like Storm Gust) to a player with Kaite on, the spell ignores Kaite entirely and deals damage to the target. A crystal fragment is not required.

eAthena (and on the old server) behaviour was the following: When a wizard with Wizard Spirit AND a Crystal Fragment in inventory deals magical damage (like Storm Gust) to a player with Kaite on, no damage is dealt and one of Kaite's reflects is consumed. The Crystal Fragment is consumed to save the wizard from the reflected damage.

    So there are two bugs:
    1) A wizard with Wizard Spirit ignores kaite entirely. This should only ignore the reflected damage when a Crystal Fragment is in their inventory.

    2) The Crystal Fragment is not required.

The latter bug (Crystal Fragment not required) may be because that portion of the code is never reached, since the reflect is never handled.

I hope this will be fixed soon.

  2. When you balance things around rarity instead of their impact on the game, you're handling it wrong. Think official GTB effect + FCP in pre-renewal, that's what you get when you balance things around rarity. Some lucky (or donate heavy) people will get this item regardless of rarity, and it will impact the game heavily (from 0.40% to 0.52% yea sure!).
I thought you realised that somewhat with how you handled the MVP room and the crazy giveaway.

This is just a lie you tell to either yourself or the players to justify your actions.
Let me guess, Diamond Heart will also be added later. But it will just have a 0.01% chance of dropping bubble gum instead of 0.10%. (which is the supposed exploit because it made bubble gum farmable) https://community.ragnarevival.com/index.php?/topic/32-black-friday-sale-list/&do=findComment&comment=466

You're going down a slippery slope many have treaded on, good luck with it.
