Item selling price adjustments.

Hello Dear Players,
We have adjusted the selling price of select items to NPC. See list below.

The general aim is to gradually move farming away from the Gramps maps to methods which are more streamlined.
There will be new sites of farming added in the future. Ones that consider how players spend their time on the game.

Meanwhile, we are also looking to revitalize other farming sites and allow players to get some income from items they may not need.

Further adjustments will be made in the coming future.
