Access to New World?

Hi,

 

Can you only access the New World content after completing the official quest?

I'm currently doing this:  http://wiki.ragnarevival.com/wiki/Onward_to_the_New_World_Quest and I'm on step 14 but there are no enemies spawning on the map called 'Mobster'. The only enemies I see are 'Allied Soldier'. Do I have to kill 50 of those? Do I have to go to another map to kill mobsters? Is there a way to skip this quest entirely and go to the new world easy?

Heyo,

The 'Allied Solider' is the Mobster! The guide probably says "kill the Mobsters" because the sprite being used for the soldiers is the same as the Mobster mob.

Just keep killing them until the map announces you're finished and then go back to the NPC. I don't think the quest actually requires 50 kills, just for a certain amount of time to pass(?).
